Meet Jerry Cusick

Colorado Mortgage Loan Officer

Jerry began his mortgage career in lending in 2004 because helping people move into a stronger financial position is work that matters to him.

Today, he specializes in helping clients navigate VA loans, refinance opportunities, and DSCR financing for investment properties. He enjoys helping people sort through complicated decisions, understand the “why” behind their options, and move forward with a clearer plan.

Jerry is known for being responsive, approachable, and direct. He does not believe in pushing people into a decision—they should understand their options, feel comfortable asking questions, and know what comes next.

Outside of work, Jerry enjoys golf, spending time with his partner, and hanging out with Ted, their Shih Tzu.

Jerry has lived in Colorado his entire life. He grew up in Commerce City, lives in Aurora, and understands the value of having someone local and familiar to turn to when a major financial decision is on the table.

His business is built around long-term relationships—not just one transaction. Jerry wants to be the loan officer clients and referral partners can call when the next opportunity, question, or life change comes along.
